At Present we are charging £230.00 for our Home Information Packs. This includes one PDF Copy and one printed hard copy.
*There will an additional cost of £30.00 for Leasehold Properties. At present the government have announced the Lease is the only additional document required for the HIP.
We also have PI Insurance to cover all our searches.
Payment Terms
We acknowledge the fact that many Estate Agents are concerned that they are required to pay for their HIP at the time of order.
We, on the other hand will not ask for any payment when the order is placed We will send you an invoice, and expect the payment to be made before your Hip is delivered to you. Normally within 7 days of order.
We are also happy to include any additional documents such as receipts for work carried out on the property, so long as you provide us with the additional information there will no extra cost for this service.
Your Home Information Pack
Your order is an offer to purchase a HIP from us. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us in your order form is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to pass on any costs we reasonably incur if you fail to do this. We shall begin to assemble your HIP once we recieve your completed order form. We shall then immediately place orders on your behalf with content providers to purchase the personalised contents of your HIP, in so doing we shall immediately incur costs.
To cancel your contract to purchase your HIP before it has been fully assembled you must notify us in writing and pay us for any costs incurred for work already carried out.
