We can provide you Home Information Pack in the following formats.
- Paper ( Ring Binded)
- USB (extra £10)
- CD ROM
- PDF Format - this comes as standard in all cases.
Our prices include one paper copy of the Home Information Pack and an emailed copy in PDF format. If you require additional copies of the hip, there will be extra cost of £10
We have our own standard format for the packs, but we would be more than happy to discuss having your own logo or branding on the hip at no extra cost to you, so long as it fits in with our format. However, we are flexible, and if you already have your own format that you prefer, we will use our best endeavours to ensure that the existing format is maintained, and, within reason, will adapt our processes to suit.We can also offer the chance to have the picture of the property and/or your own floor plans included in the HIP and no extra cost to you.
Once your hip is produced, unlike most hip providers we will print the hip ourselves and quality check it before it is sent to you, All HIPs are sent via Royal Mail. Once your order has been placed we will commence work straight away - if there are any delays in your order we will inform you either by e-mail or telephone.
We will update you with how your order is progressing, this way you can keep your Vendor updated.
